The Aliva range includes dry mix spraying machines (0.2 to 9.0 m3/hr capacity), universal wet & dry spraying machines (5.0 to 21.0 m3/hr capacity), concrete pump (10 to 30 m3/hr), hydraulic spraying (robot) arms for the mechanical application of sprayed concrete and dosing equipment for powder or liquid additives. We can also mount the shotcreting machine with hydraulic (robot) spraying arm & dosing unit on a local carrier to form an integrated shotcreting system.

CABLE CRANE / CABLEWAYS

We are the authorised representative of Thyssenkrupp Fordertechnik (PWH), Germany. PWH offers a complete range of cable cranes/cableways including parallel travelling, radial and luffing type cable cranes. Especially relevant for construction of dam and similar structures where large quantities of construction material and concrete need to be transported over long distances and considerable heights. No economic alternative exists for these cranes.

Cable cranes are transport facilities, which operate according to the rope-way principle. However, they can additionally lift and lower loads. The carrying rope, which is fully stretched from one end of the job site to the other, between two anchoring points, serves as the track for the trolley. The trolley is hauled back and forth by means of a travel cable, moving, lifting and lowering upto 30 t with absolute quality precision.
