Mekaster Engineering Ltd, an ISO 9001 -2000 certified company of Mekaster Group was set up in the year 1985 at Halol, Panchmahals, Gujarat, India and is one of the largest manufacturer in the country for Engineering equipment, Construction and Mining equipment and Pressure Valves.
Equipments Division manufactures Concrete Paving Equipment, Industrial Construction Elevators(Technology obtained from Alimak AB, Sweden) and Concrete Stationary and Mobile Batching Plants.
Over 800 Mechanised Concrete Paving equipments trains have been serving the industry, since inception. Similarly, more than 300 Rack & Pinion Elevators have been installed and operating in the industry.
Valves & Process Equipment Division manufactures Pressure Relief Valves, Safety Relief Valves, Thermal Relief Valves and Vapour Recovery and Vent Recovery System for Emission Control & Product Recovery.
It is a modern factory equipped with high quality CNC machines, QC equipment and testing facilities. We are registered with all major buyers in India like Refineries, Fertilizers Industry, ONGC and major consultants like EIL, Toyo, Uhde, Jacobs, Kvaerner Power Gas, etc.
Equipments and Tools Division set up at Parwanoo(Himachal Pradesh)manufactures Industrial Tools, such as, Torque Wrenches, Pullers & Jacks, etc. The unit also manufactures Aliva Shotcreting Equipment (under license from Sika, Switzerland), Grouting Systems, Shaft Raising Platforms.
